Victoria Oser grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana, and earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. After spending a few years back in New Orleans, she realized Lafayette was where she truly felt at home. Today, she proudly lives and works in the community she’s come to love.
